I Want Someone Who Remembers The Little Things

I want someone who remembers the little things, who goes out of their way to be thoughtful.

I want someone who goes to the store and gets sparkling water when we run out, without me having to ask.

I want someone who remembers the details of what’s important to me. I want someone who remembers the birthdays, anniversaries, and every other special date.

I want someone who goes out of their way to understand my love language, who delicately tries to love me with their very best.

I want someone who does the little things, who has flowers delivered to my work for no reason. I want someone who has the house decorated with balloons and strings for the morning for the morning of my birthday, someone who knows I like surprises.

I want to love someone who I don’t have to remind to love me back. I want to love someone who speaks effort to me as if it’s their native language. I want to love someone who constantly thinks of ways to confess their gratitude for me.

I want to love someone who knows how I like my tea, who has dinner made on the days that are tiring for me, who has the bed made and ready for me when I’m sick.

I want someone who only competes with themselves, someone who constantly tries to outdo themselves. I want someone who finds joy in making me feel loved and wanting, someone who just had good intentions m.

Ultimately I just want to love someone who is thoughtful, who remembers, and who doesn’t stop trying. I want a love that remembers the little things, all of the things. I want a love that never makes me doubt, wonder, or question just how important I am to them. I want someone that never lets me forget just how wanted I truly am.
